How It Works

  • Collect your family and friends and begin an inquiry with our Galapagos specialists

  • We will give you a rate based on the size of your party to make your group private and have Exclusive Use of INTEGRITY, subject to availability

  • An initial deposit of 20% is required to secure your exclusive use of the yacht

  • A second deposit of 20% is due 150 days prior to departure, and your final balance is due 90 days prior to departure

  • You can change your mind prior to 150 days before departure, and we’ll refund your deposit; change your mind prior to 60 days before departure and receive a credit for future travel (cancellation penalty may apply; see FAQs)

Special Exclusive Use Terms and Conditions

  • Applies for all new Galapagos bookings excluding holiday dates.

  • The Exclusive Use rate depends on the number in the party. It will adjust if party numbers change up to 60 days prior to departure.

  • Guests may cancel their Galapagos tour prior to 150 days before departure and receive a refund of their deposit.

  • Guests may cancel their Galapagos tour between 150 and 91 days prior to departure and receive travel credit for future Galapagos travel.

  • Guests may cancel their Galapagos tour between 90 and 61 days prior to departure and receive travel credit for future Galapagos travel, less a 50% cancellation penalty.

  • New party members may be added up to 60 days prior to departure. If the party exceeds 10 guests, the trip will convert to a standard Yacht Charter. Yacht Charters have charter-specific terms and conditions.

  • Cancellation due to force majeure (circumstances outside your control, including medical illness) must be covered by travel insurance. INCA/Inca Floats, Inc. will not be responsible.

  • All other standard INCA terms and conditions apply

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you want to add guests to your Galapagos cruise, we will quote you a new rate based on your new numbers. You may add guests, subject to a maximum total of 12 guests, up to 60 days before departure.

  • Groups of 13 to 16 guests may book a Galapagos Yacht Charter. Yacht Charters have charter-specific terms and conditions. We will be happy to talk with you about charters if your group is larger than 12 and you would like private use of INTEGRITY.

    • If everyone decides to cancel:

      • Up to 151 days before departure - Initial deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new departure within one year of the original trip date

      • 150-91 days before departure - Both initial and second deposit may be transferred to a new departure within one year of the original trip date

      • 90-61 days before departure - payments may be transferred toward a new departure within one year of the original trip date, less a 50% cancellation fee

      • 60-0 days before departure - 100% of the full trip price is forfeited; credit toward a future travel date is not permitted

    • If only some in your party decide to cancel:

      • 151 days or more prior to departure

        • Exclusive Use option rate is recalculated based on the number of remaining guests

        • Or, remaining guests may choose to replace members of the canceled party

        • Or, remaining guests may opt out of Exclusive Use and convert their reservations to individual bookings at the applicable rate without penalty

        • Cancelling party will receive a credit towards future travel or receive a full refund of the initial deposit

      • 150 to 91 days prior to departure

        • Exclusive Use option final balance will be recalculated based on the number of remaining guests

        • Or, remaining guests may choose to replace members of the canceled party

        • Or, remaining guests may opt out of Exclusive Use and convert to individual bookings at the applicable rate without penalty

        • Cancelling party will receive a credit toward a future travel date

      • 90 to 61 days prior to departure

        • Exclusive Use option final balance will be recalculated based on the number of remaining guests

        • Remaining guests may choose to replace members of the canceling party

        • Or, remaining guests may pay the differential based on the number of remaining guests

        • Cancelling party will receive a credit toward a future travel date, less a 50% cancellation penalty

      • 60 days or less prior to departure

        • Remaining guests may choose to replace members of the canceling party

        • Cancelling party forfeits all monies paid; credit toward a future travel date is prohibited

  • With Exclusive Use, there is no age limit for kids on the Galapagos cruise! Our standard minimum age is 6 years, but please note that the age limit will return if the group opts out of Exclusive Use at any time.

  • Exclusive Use is based on INTEGRITY’s 7-night cruise itinerary. Shorter cruises are an option. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

  • Ecuador is an amazing and diverse destination, and we will gladly help you extend your time. From exploring the highlands to the cloud forest, and the Amazon jungle, or spending some extra time in Quito, extensions in Ecuador do not require the whole group and can be customized individually.

  • INCA requires each guest to carry a minimum of $100,000 medical evacuation insurance. Ecuador requires all visitors to carry medical insurance that covers the duration of their stay within the country.

    We strongly advise all guests to secure travel insurance to cover their travel investment. Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance will cover all conditions under which you may be unable to travel, both existing and new.
